CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY AND CLAIMS

RETURNED GOODS:

We regret we are unable to accept the return of articles unless due to incidents attributable to our company. The company will deal with breakages, manufacturing defects within 15 days of delivery.

WARRANTY:

In the event of any returned article, please enclose a photocopy of the confirmation of order or the invoice together with the faulty article and send them to our address.
Once we have verified the anomaly, we will proceed to replace the article in the shortest possible time.
